Acceptance of Terms

By registering for classes at Inner Grace Dance or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Registration and Enrollment

Class Registration

• Registration is completed on a first-come, first-served basis
• All registration forms must be completed accurately and submitted with payment
• Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received

Age Requirements

• Students must meet the minimum age requirement for their enrolled class
• Age is determined as of September 1st of the current dance season

Class Placement

• Final class placement decisions are made by studio administration based on age, experience, and skill level
• We reserve the right to move students to different classes if appropriate

Tuition and Fees

Payment Terms

• Tuition is due according to the payment schedule provided at registration
• Late payments may incur fees and result in class suspension
• Registration fees are non-refundable

Accepted Payment Methods

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued after the second class of any session
• Tuition is non-refundable for missed classes due to student absence

Attendance and Participation

• Please notify the studio in advance of absences when possible
• Make-up classes may be offered for excused absences (subject to availability)

Appropriate Attire

• Students must wear appropriate dance attire as specified for their class
• Proper footwear is required for safety

Behavior Expectations

• Students are expected to demonstrate respect, focus, and positive attitude
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal from class without refund

Competition Team (If Applicable)

Additional Requirements

• Competition team members must commit to the full season
• Additional fees apply for competitions, costumes, and travel
• Mandatory rehearsals and performances are required

Competition Team Fees

• Specific fees and payment schedules will be provided in competition team contracts

Health and Safety

Medical Information

• Parents must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect participation
• Students should not attend class if they are ill or contagious

Risk Acknowledgment

• Dance involves physical activity and carries inherent risks
• Parents acknowledge these risks and agree that students participate at their own risk

Emergency Medical Treatment

• In case of emergency, we will attempt to contact parents/guardians immediately
• Parents authorize studio staff to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary

Photography and Videography

• The studio may photograph or record classes, rehearsals, and performances
• By enrolling, parents consent to their child being photographed/recorded unless written notice is provided
• Images may be used for promotional purposes including social media, website, and marketing materials

Liability Waiver

Parents/guardians agree to release and hold harmless Inner Grace Dance, its instructors, staff, and facility from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from participation in dance classes or related activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Studio Policies

Observation

• Parent observation policies vary by class and will be communicated by instructors
• Younger students may have periodic observation weeks

Schedule Changes

• The studio reserves the right to modify class schedules, combine classes, or substitute instructors when necessary
• Families will be notified of significant changes as soon as possible

Studio Closure

• The studio follows local school closures for weather-related cancellations
• Closures will be announced via email and social media when possible

Code of Conduct

Student Conduct

• Students must treat instructors, staff, and fellow dancers with respect
• Bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated

Parent Conduct

• Parents are expected to communicate respectfully with staff and other families
• Concerns should be addressed privately with studio administration

Violation Consequences

• Violations of conduct policies may result in dismissal from the studio without refund

Intellectual Property

All choreography, curriculum, and materials created by Inner Grace Dance are the intellectual property of the studio and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Termination of Enrollment

Studio's Right to TerminateWe reserve the right to terminate a student's enrollment for:

• Non-payment of tuition
• Violation of studio policies
• Disruptive or unsafe behavior
• Failure to meet competition team commitments

Student Withdrawal

• Written notice is required to withdraw from classes
• Withdrawal does not eliminate responsibility for unpaid tuition

Changes to Terms

Inner Grace Dance reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to enrolled families.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your State]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your County/State].

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
